The book I chose to read is The Hobbit, written by J.R.R Tolkien; the biggest genius which has ever been observed in this world concerning litterature of any kind.

Tolkien is quite a stunning man, not only did he invent an entire world, but he did it in such a way it seems more like it actually happened in the long ago in the past. Which was also his goal; he felt that the litterature of english was so extremely weak, especially compared to other contries such as the Nordic ones with all our viking sagas, that he had the urge to create an entire saga on his own to fill in the gap in English litterature. Every single book he ever wrote regarding Middle-earth started with a simple sentence: "There was a hole, and in that hole lived a hobbit". And this sentence just appeared in his head while he was sitting at a university grading his students tests.

So with that one line, came The Hobbit, Lord of The Rings, The Children of Hûrin, The Silmarillion etc.

I just felt the need to write something about this genius in addition.
